The overall objective of this project was to contribute to the economic development of Sorgun. The purpose of the project was to strengthen entrepreneurial structure in Sorgun. The project was composed of two components –Improving ISGEM’s service infrastructure and strengthening technical capacities of enterprises in Sorgun ISGEM. In this project, as a junior business planning expert and a market researcher, I conducted market research including the tasks of identification of strategically important sectors in Sorgun; reviewing and analyzing the Business plans developed within KOSGEB and evaluating current demand of Sorgun Enterprise Development Center.
