Abstract

beta-Ketoester and ethanone derivatives, potentially functional molecules, containing the pyrazole/thiazole scaffolds were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized novel compounds were confirmed by FTIR, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The NMR spectra of the synthesized compounds are analyzed. Furthermore, ABX systems in pyrazole ring were studied in detail and the coupling constants of the diastereotopic protons.
