The most important goal of linguistics and semantics is to accurately reflect the meanings of the sentences during communication within the framework of certain rules. For this reason, in our research, we researched the components that make up the meaning in the context of language and meaning theories of Abdülkâhir al-Cürcânî and Temmâm Hassân, who examined the phenomenon of meaning and presented important studies on this subject in their lifetime.
Both linguists left their mark on both their lives and later periods with their works and views, and they conducted extensive research in this field. We do not claim to reveal all the views of both linguists in detail, to examine and present all their views in their works and in this field with detailed separate subject headings and in all details. Because examining the theories of language and meaning, which both linguists put forward, each of which can be the subject of a separate doctoral thesis, and all their studies in all aspects, goes far beyond the limits of a doctoral thesis. Therefore, the topics we will deal with consist of priority and general issues.
Dilbilim ve anlambilimin en önemli hedefi belli kurallar çerçevesinde iletişim esnasında cümlelerdeki anlamları muhataba doğru olarak yansıtmaktır. Bu nedenle araştırmamızda, anlam olgusunu inceleyen ve bu konuda yaşadıkları dönemde önemli çalışmalar sunan Abdülkâhir el-Cürcânî ile Temmâm Hassân’ın dil ve anlam teorileri bağlamında anlamı oluşturan bileşenleri araştırma konusu yaptık.
Ortaya koydukları eserler ve görüşlerle her iki dilbilimci de gerek yaşadıkları gerekse sonraki dönemlere damga vurmuşlar, bu alanda çok kapsamlı araştırmalar yapmışlardır. Biz her iki dilbilimcinin bütün görüşlerini ayrıntılarıyla ortaya koymak, eserlerindeki ve bu alandaki tüm görüşlerini detaylı müstakil konu başlıklarıyla ve tüm ayrıntılarıyla inceleyip sunmak gibi bir iddia içinde değiliz. Çünkü her iki dilbilimcinin de ortaya attıkları her biri ayrı bir doktora tezi konusu olabilecek dil ve anlam teorilerini ve bütün çalışmalarını her yönleriyle incelemek bir doktora tezi çalışmasının sınırlarını çok aşmaktadır. Dolayısıyla ele alacağımız konular öncelikli ve genel konulardan oluşmaktadır.
