This study was carried out to determine the tendency of medicinal and aromatic plants during Covid-19 period in Turkiye. Living conditions in Turkiye has been changed considerably during Covid-19 pandemic. For centuries, medicinal and aromatic plants have been included in people’s traditions, customs and culture. It is still increasing in value today. People have tended to individualisation with concepts such as home, closed space, isolated environment during the Covid-19 pandemic. This situation brought with it new trends and consumption in people. Living condition has been considerably changed during the pandemic in Turkiye. Therefore, this study aimed to obtain data on the consumption preference of medicinal and aromatic plants. The pandemic outbreak changed the direction of research and evaluations have begun to be made from different perspectives. This study was conducted on 397 questionnaires who lived in Tokat/Turkiye. Q Sort, Cluster, Pearson analysis were used in this study. As a result, the most consumed medicinal and aromatic plants during the pandemic were respectively ginger, rosehip, green tea, and linden.
