Abstract

The aim of the current experiment was to determine the green forage yield, dry forage yield, nutritive value, gas production, methane production, metabolisable energy and organic matter digestibility of quinoa plant harvested at three different stages (pre-flowering, flowering and seeding maturity). The maturity stages had a significant (P<0.01) effect on the parameters studied.
