Aphids and their associated parasitoid and collected predatory species found on Rosa spp. plants growing naturally in Erzincan and Gamtishane provinces, Turkey were surveyed from 2011 to 2013. Weekly samplings revealed the presence of the 3 aphid species, Macrosiphum rosae (Linnaeus), Metopolophium dirhodum (Walker) and Myzaphis rosarum (Kaltenbach); six predatory species; Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae), Adalia bipunctata (L.), Adalia fasciatopunctata revelierei Mulsant, Coccinella septempunctata (L.), Oenopia (Synharmonia) conglobata (L.) (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and Episyrphus balteatus De Geer (Diptera: Syrphidae); and 2 parasitoid species; Aphidius acalephae (Marshall) and Praon volucre (Haliday) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae). The 2 aphid species; M rosae and M rosarum were recorded for the first time as hosts of A. acalephae.
