Özet

This study investigates the concentration-dependent structural, optical, and dielectric properties of CuFe2O4 nanoparticle–cellulose coated poly (AMPS/IA) hydrogel composites. X-ray diffraction analysis confirms the formation of a hierarchically integrated hybrid structure in which quasi-crystalline cellulose domains remain preserved, while CuFe2O4 nanoparticles are heterogeneously distributed throughout the amorphous hydrogel matrix. Variations in nanoparticle concentration significantly influence charge transport, dielectric polarization, and optical absorption behavior. Controlled changes in absorption intensity and optical band gap values demonstrate tunable optoelectronic functionality. Dielectric spectroscopy reveals that interfacial polarization and charge carrier dynamics dominate the frequency-dependent dielectric response of the composites. In addition, dielectric permittivity, dielectric loss, and charge storage capability strongly depend on CuFe2O4 loading. Impedance and Smith chart analyses indicate a Cole–Cole type relaxation process governed by interfacial heterogeneity and localized energy barriers. These findings highlight the potential of the hybrid composites for optoelectronic applications in flexible multifunctional smart device systems architectures.
