Özet

Today, in the various architectural and engineering projects, 3 dimensional models obtained in digital medium have a highly more contribution to user in terms of the visual quality, accuracy, and precision. There are many visual based techniques for 3 dimensional modelling. Photogrammetry is a leading model among the most preferable methods of the main geometrical techniques. Since satellite photogrammetry and aerial photogrammetry are not available to easily use for every people, its use by every people is not easy. It is quite easy to obtain data by close space technique (Terrestrial photogrammetry technique). It is possible to obtain the images by a digital camera for any purpose. For this, main elements are cost and time. Together with the developing technology, UAV technology that has been begun to be used in many areas has become integrated into photogrammetry, and its use has increased every passing day. In order to form a highly accurate 3 dimensional model from the images obtained by means of Terrestrial digital camera and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), it is necessary to process images in combined photogrammetrically. In this sense, the coordinates of the marked lines of objects whose model to be formed should be determined so that they can become reference later in image matching by using classical measuring methods. Forming 3 dimensional models of the cultural heritages in the current cases, catching the fine geometric and view details, and modeling digitally require a search for powerful method. Due to, still ongoing wars, natural disasters, climatic changes, and human negligence, architectural works expose to the various destructions. Therefore, digitally recording and documenting works have a great importance. The aim of this study, combining the methods of Terrestrial photogrammetry that has been used for years and UAV technology whose use increases every passing day, is to document historical Üç Kumbets (three domes), located in Erzurum City, and obtain its 3 dimensional model
