Abstract

A 34-year-old female patient with a right lumbar and back pain during micturition is presented. Ultrasonography and intravenous urogram both supported a possible bladder mass. Finally, a ureteral polyp was diagnosed on cystoscopy and resected by the ureteroscopic approach. Copyright © 2002 S. Karger AG, Basel.
