Özet

In today's world, digital transformation is experienced in many areas due to the development of technologies and the continuity of new knowledge creation. In addition to these changes, increasing competition in global markets forces organizations to develop an innovative culture and satisfy their customers with remarkable products and services. During transformation, businesses want to gain significant advantages in terms of time and cost by moving their business processes to the digital environment. When it comes to innovative competition, organizations need to effectively benefit from the intellectual capital they have, which means all kinds of knowledge that can create value. At this point, knowledge management activities in businesses are essential. Knowledge management includes processes for effectively storing, using, and sharing new knowledge with the necessary people. From this perspective, it is important to effectively manage all kinds of knowledge obtained through experience and learning to create value for the future. Businesses that use these processes to develop new products and services by digitizing them in the age of transformation can create an agile identity with their fast, efficient, and innovative potential. The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical expansion by creating a conceptual framework on how businesses can be more innovative by effectively using knowledge management processes in the age of digital transformation.
