Abstract. Due to the fact that the optical and magneto-optical parameters during reflection are determined in different experimental installations, each time it is necessary to adjust the studied sample. This leads to various errors and wastes time. Therefore, it was decided to combine the two installations into one whole and by automating the processes to determine the parameters with the same adjustment. For automation, a unit for automation of measurement modes and a stepper motor control device were developed and introduced into the experimental setup.
