The rapid population growth across the globe increases demand for animal
origin foods, which are extremely valuable food for human nutrition. The goats
used between the animals used in the production of meat and milk, which are
important in human nutrition, goats used between the animals used in the
production of animal foods, low yielding pasture, heathland and other animals,
and turn them well in meat, milk and other products. From goat milk obtained;
Many products such as cheese, yogurt, butter, kefir, cream, ice cream, milk
powder, baby food, soap and cosmetic products can be obtained. Goat milk is
one of the more important animal products around the world. Some organic
matter and minerals in its structure make this milk more privileged than the
milk of other livestock. The content of goat's milk, as with other species,
nutrition, genotype, management conditions, age, the type of birth varies
depending on many factors, such as the location of the nurturing area and the
lactation period. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the production and
importance of goat milk.
