Bu çalışmanın amacı tıp fakültesi hastanelerinde işlevsel performansın erişebilirlik kapsamında değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmanın hipotezi tıp fakültesi hastanelerinde kullanıcıların hastaneye ve hastane içinde mekânlara erişiminin işlevsel performansı etkileyebileceğidir. Tıp fakültesi hastaneleri farklı gruplar tarafından kullanılmaktadır. Bu hastanelerde, yapıyı sürekli kullananlar (idari ve tıbbi personel, planlama ekibinde görev aldığı varsayılan kullanıcı) aktif, değişken zaman aralıklarıyla geçici kullananlar (iç ve dış hasta, refakatçi ve ziyaretçiler) pasif kullanıcı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Tıp fakültesi hastanelerinde iç ve dış hastaların yoğun olarak kullandıkları mekânlar tanı birimleridir. Bu nedenle çalışmada hastanelerin radyolojik tanı birimlerinde hizmet istem ve sunumunda bulunan aktif ve pasif kullanıcıların istek ve gereksinimleri ile hastaneye ve radyolojik tanı birimine erişebilirlikleri sorgulanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında Ankara'da hizmet sunan Ankara Üniversitesi (A.Ü.) İbn-i Sina ve Cebeci Tıp Fakültesi Hastaneleri ile Gazi Üniversitesi (G.Ü.) Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'nin kullanım evresinde işlevsel performansı erişebilirlik kapsamında değerlendirilmiş, sonuçlar yorumlanmış ve tıp fakültesi hastaneleri için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
This study's aim is assessment of the functional performance in the hospitals of medicine faculty within the context of accessibility. The study's hypothesis that may be user's accessibility to the hospital and space in the hospitals affects the functional performance. The hospitals of the medicine use different groups. In this hospitals, users which use building consistently (administrative staff, doctors, nurses, and planning personnel) active, and changeable periods (in and out hospital patient, people stay with patient and visitors) passive users are define. Spaces that use consistently by in and out hospital patient are the diagnosis units in the hospitals of the medicine faculty. Thus, active and passive user's which has been request and presentation in this hospitals wishes and necessities, and accessibility in the hospitals and the diagnosis spaces are examined. In this context of the study Ankara University (A.U.) İbn-i Sina and Cebeci Hospitals of Medicine Faculties and, Gazi University (G.U) Hospital of Medicine Faculty has been assessment functional performance within the context of accessibility in usage period, commented the results and present proposals for the hospitals of the medicine faculty.
