Abstract

Introduction: Stroke is an important health problem that may lead to serious disabilities or even to death. In the present study we aimed to investigate whether complete blood count parameters can aid in the detection and the differential diagnosis of infarct positive Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA), infarct-negative TIA, and ischemic stroke (IS) in patient followed up in the emergency department.
