Abstract

Although percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) has a high success rate in the treatment of nephrolithiasis, it can cause serious complications. In this case report, we wanted to review the massive intraabdominal extravasation of the irrigation fluid during PNL and the administration of anesthesia in a child who developed metabolic acidosis and hemodynamic instability.
