This study was conducted using the interview method, one of the qualitative research methods, in order to determine the views of preschool teachers on occupational health and safety. The research was conducted using the case study design, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group consists of 15 preschool teachers working in kindergartens and schools with preschool classes in the Central district of Yozgat in the 2024-2025 academic year. The convenience sampling method was used in selecting the participants because it provides easy accessibility and practicality. Data were collected through open-ended questions and semi-structured interview forms prepared by the researchers. In line with this method, which addresses a situation related to current contexts and environments in real life, interviews were conducted with preschool teachers on the subject of occupational health and safety in the study. The obtained data were evaluated using the content analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that teachers generally prioritize a safe environment in their definition of occupational health and safety. Sharp corners stand out among the elements posing the highest risk within the classroom, while slippery floors come to the fore outside the classroom. In addition, it was stated that training on occupational health and safety created awareness, but theoretical training was insufficient. It was determined that earthquake drills were the most frequently practices drills in schools for emergencies.
