UZAKTAN ÇALIŞMA KONUSUNDA YAPILMIŞ AKADEMİK ÇALIŞMALARIN İNCELENMESİ: SİSTEMATİK DERLEME

Özet

Covid-19 salgını ile birlikte birçok çalışan ve işverenin hayatına ilk kez ve zorunlu olarak giren uzaktan çalışma ile ilgili araştırmalar büyük bir artış göstermiştir. Bu artışla birlikte yapılan araştırmaların bu konuda yapılacak bir sistematik derleme çalışmasına olan ihtiyacını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Zira konuyla ilgili devam etmekte olan araştırmaların nasıl seyrettiği ile ilgili bilgilerin hem alan araştırmacılarına hem de ilgili profesyonellere bir rehber olacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda mevcut araştırmanın amacı, uzaktan çalışma ile ilgili alanda yapılmış covid-19 temelindeki araştırmaların sistematik bir derlemesini yapmaktır. Araştırmanın modeli nitel araştırma yöntemi olarak belirlenmiş ve elde edilen veriler içerik analizi tekniğiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırmamızda Web of Science veri tabanında yaptığımız arama ve filtrelemeler sonucunda ulaşılan 48 araştırma makalesi değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Bulgular, incelenen akademik yayınların araştırma modeli, çalışma grubu, örneklem büyüklüğü, analiz teknikleri ve kullanılan değişkenler kriterlerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Uzaktan çalışmanın özellikle iş-aile-yaşam, psikolojik baskı, ruh sağlığı, depresyon, psikolojik iyi oluş ve performans gibi değişkenlerle sıkça ilişkilendirilmesi ve ele alınması dikkat çekmektedir. Son olarak elde edilen bulgular, literatür temelinde tartışılmıştır.
With the Covid-19 pandemic, research on remote work, which entered the lives of many employees and employers for the first time and for the first time, has shown a great increase. With this increase, the researches have revealed the need for a systematic review study to be done on this subject. Because it is considered that the information about how the ongoing research on the subject is progressing will be a guide for both field researchers and related professionals. In this direction, the aim of the current research is to make a systematic review of the research on the basis of covid-19 in the field of remote work. The model of the research was determined as a qualitative research method and the data obtained were analyzed by content analysis technique. In our research, 48 research articles reached as a result of searches and filters in the Web of Science database were evaluated. The findings were evaluated according to the criteria of the research model, study group, sample size, analysis techniques and variables used in the academic publications examined. It is noteworthy that remote work is frequently associated and addressed with variables such as work-family-life, psychological pressure, mental health, depression, psychological well-being and performance.
