The need for flexibility, which increase with international competition, and technological developments increased the tendency of enterprises to outsource. As a business policy, outsourcing refers to the limitation
of the business activities to the basic capabilities of the business and
the provision of other operational requirements through external expert
organizations. In our study, outsourcing will be assessed in ensuring
occupational health and safety and service procurement from joint health
and safety unit will be discussed in this context.
