Özet
The most important issue in terms of protecting the potential of soil and water resources is to determine the current situation and identifying the urgent measures that can be taken for sustainability. This study aims to determine the existing parcel status before (2017) and after (2019-2025) parcel change with the help of satellite images in and around Arifeoğlu Village of Yerköy District of Yozgat Province, where land consolidation studies were completed in 2018. Simultaneously, a survey study was conducted to examine the knowledge and skill levels of the farmers regarding the consolidation process and its results. In 2017, before consolidation, the area covered by stressed plants was higher than that covered by healthy plants. In 2019, consolidation led to an increase in the area covered by healthy plants and a decrease in the area covered by stressed ones. Compared with the previous period, the highest increase occurred in the stressed plant group in 2024 (25.423%) and in the healthy plant group in 2019 (103.592%). The stressed plant group, which indicates that there is no green plant activity, reached its lowest value in 2019 (33.616%) immediately after the consolidation.
