Abstract

This paper implemented generalized Jacobi's elliptic function expansion scheme to locate optical solitons in magneto-optic waveguides that maintain parabolic law of refractive index. The solutions are recovered after carrying out a limiting operation to the elliptic functions when the modulus off ellipticity approaches unity. The existence criteria of such solutions are also presented.
