Özet

Ear, nose, and throat (ENT) diseases are a general health problem that is very common in society and affects daily life activities by causing disability. Technological applications in ENT diseases are necessary for treatment, follow-up, health maintenance, and quality of life. Telerehabilitation has become central to patient–healthcare delivery, enabling healthcare services to reach patients at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Virtual reality applications that increase patients’ motivation and participation in the treatment process and telerehabilitation applications that have become popular during the COVID-19 period have become popular recently. Today, a hybrid approach can be used for patient examinations, treatments, and follow-ups. A hybrid system can increase the number of possible patient interactions by combining remote with face-to-face rehabilitation.
