The two brothers emigrated from Iraq admitted to Bozok University School of Medicine Pediatrics clinic; with a complaint of wounds in different sizes available in the face and arms. In the analysis of the sample taken from the wound, patients diagnosed with cutaneous leishmaniasis; intramuscular meglumine antimonate therapy once a week was given a total of five weeks. The lesions regressed with treatment. In this study; two cases of cutaneous leishmaniasis seen outside endemic areas were assessed
Bozok Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Polikliniği'ne kollarda ve yüzde farklı büyüklüklerde yara şikayetiyle Irak'tan göç etmiş iki kardeş başvurdu. Yara yerinden alınan materyalden yapılan incelemede kutanöz leishmaniasis tanısı konan hastalara intramusküler meglumin antimonat tedavisi haftada bir kez toplam beş hafta verildi. Tedaviyle lezyonlar geriledi. Bu çalışmada endemik bölge dışında görülen iki kutanöz leishmaniasis olgusu değerlendirilmiştir
