If schools plan to move towards raising the quality of educational acts, then they need
to develop a climate that fosters this endeavour. Their ethos and culture will influence
the activities and attitudes of all people and institutions invoved in this process. An
effective didactic instruction can be achieved through cutting edge education based on
policies and programs that propose quality. However, the consolidation of all forms of
education may only be enhanced if they are well synchronized with the demands of the
labor market as a hallmark of real progress in this field. This research paper addresses
quality management and active participation in the renewal of high standardard
methodologies. This study brings to the fore the concept of quality as a defining factor
for success and emphasizes the need to review and resolve the situations that may block
or inhibit the achievement of any schools’ desideratum: their own prestige.
