Özet
The study examines the relationship between the CSDDD and maritime labour standards, highlighting the alignment between the CSDDD and the MLC 2006. It argues that Port State Control under the MLC can serve as a complementary mechanism for identifying and monitoring human rights risks in maritime supply chains.
