Özet

The main purpose of this study is to create a theoretical framework for social enterprise leadership and to discuss the implications of social enterprise leadership for educational institutions. The study was carried out in accordance with the literature review model. Research data were obtained based on literature findings. The data were collected and analyzed in a way to answer each question addressed in the research. During the analysis phase, the content collected for each question was associated with each other, integrated and summarized and interpreted. The results of the research show that social enterprise leadership is developing rapidly and the competencies of this type of leadership correspond quite well to the competencies of the managers of educational organizations.
