Aziz Uçak completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown, Alanya, Antalya, Türkiye. He started his undergraduate education at Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Communication Department of Public Relations and Promotion in Sivas, Türkiye in September 2011. After he had finished the first grade of his education there he transferred Ege University Faculty of Communication Department of Public Relations and Promotion in İzmir, Türkiye; he earned a bachelor’s degree from that department, with the second-highest GPA of the Faculty and with high honors, in June 2015. He became a priority field research assistant at Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Communication Department of Public Relations and Advertising in Yozgat, Türkiye in May 2017.

He earned a second bachelor’s degree, with high honors, from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics Department of Public Administration in Eskişehir, Türkiye in June 2017. He earned a master’s degree from Gazi University Graduate School of Social Sciences Department of Public Relations and Promotion in Ankara, Türkiye in July 2017. He has been pursuing a PhD at Ege University Graduate School of Social Sciences Department of Public Relations and Promotion since September 2017. Also, within the scope of The Law on Higher Education No. 2547 Article 35 he worked as a research assistant in the same department between February 2018 and October 2021.

Within the frame of Erasmus+ Learning Mobility, as a PhD Candidate, he carried on his thesis study at National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) in Bucharest, Romania between February and June 2020; also at Chemnitz University of Technology (TU Chemnitz) in Chemnitz, Germany between April and September 2021. At present, he continues to work as a research assistant at Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Communication Department of Public Relations and Advertising.

Research interests: Political communication, political advertising, rhetoric, narratology.
